Our handcrafted pieces are made to order. Generally, custom sofas and upholstered items take between 6 to 8 weeks for production and delivery, ensuring each piece meets our high-quality standards.
Do you offer delivery and assembly services?
Yes, Coricraft provides a professional delivery service. Our team will deliver your furniture to your room of choice and handle the basic assembly and removal of packaging materials.
How do I care for my leather furniture?
To maintain the beauty of your leather, we recommend regular dusting with a soft cloth and applying a Coricraft-approved leather conditioner every 6 months. Avoid direct sunlight to prevent fading and cracking.
What is your return policy for online orders?
We offer a 14-day return window for standard items purchased online, provided they are in their original condition. Please note that custom-made or 'Cori-Custom' orders cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Is there a warranty on Coricraft frames?
We stand by our craftsmanship. All our couch frames carry a 10-year structural guarantee, giving you peace of mind that your investment is built to last.
Can I provide my own fabric for upholstery?
