At Coricraft, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home furnishings. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and exchange process within 14 days of delivery for most items.

Return Process

  Contact our customer service team or visit your nearest showroom with your original proof of purchase to begin the return authorization process.

  Quality Assessment

  Our logistics team will schedule a viewing or request detailed photographs to ensure the furniture is in its original, unassembled condition and free from damage.

  Collection and Transport

  Once approved, we will coordinate a professional collection of the item from your home; please note that a nominal collection fee may apply for change-of-mind returns.

  Refund Processing

  After the item is received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund or store credit will be processed within 7 to 10 business days via the original payment method.
